The characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene high-temperature cloth:
1. It is used between low temperature -196 ℃ and high temperature 360 ℃, with weather resistance and aging resistance. After practical application, if left at a high temperature of 250 ℃ for 200 days, not only will the strength not decrease, but also the weight will not decrease. Placed at a high temperature of 380 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight only decreases by about 0.6%. At -180 ℃, there will be no cracks at ultra-low temperatures and the original softness will be maintained.
2. Chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to strong acids, bases, aqua regia, and various organic solvents.
3. Good dimensional stability (elongation less than 5 ‰) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
4. Fire prevention and flame retardancy.
5. Low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1) is the choice for oil-free self-lubricating.
6. The transmittance is 6-13%. It can be opaque.
